Day 256 of 365: Almost screamed

So embarrassing that i confused my work hours today... Suppose to start at 8am, but i thought it was 9am. At the end, i was late for work by 30 minutes. i'm thankful for an understanding boss, but i know i never took that for granted. i've always been appreciative of her.

Anyway, work was fine, but the highlight was when i managed to follow the Italy and Paraguay match at 11:30am via a website with minute to minute updates on the match. i almost screamed when Paraguay scored a goal at the 38th minute, but that would be unprofessional. Yeah, Paraguay is not my favorite team, but i was rooting for them. At the end, it was a draw at 1-1. Well, the most exciting team of the World Cup, Brazil, plays tomorrow and i'm super excited for that! The part that sucks is that i'll miss the first half because of work. i guess i'll watch it on that website.

For the remainder of the day, i was working on various errands and my hair cut. Jumping ahead, it feels better to work out with shorter hair. i like it a lot!

For dinner, my family decided to do steak and we cooked another storm! It was good, but honestly, you can eat so much before getting sick of it. And i'm sick of steak...for the moment.

i am starting to like working out. It's like another form of venting out and most of my frustrations fuel my body to push harder. i guess that's why some work out a lot. i know that working out produces some sort of neurotransmitter that makes you feel good. What is it? Dopamine? Nice...
