Day 247 of 365: Little cousins

Feels good to not waking butt early for BSF? Maybe, but it was a good sleep anyway. Had to wake up to make corrections for the mission ride assignments. And yes, mission meeting, but at least it wasn't at 6:55am in the morning. Either way, the meeting was short and sweet. Managed to cover a variety of topics and got it done in a flash.

After that was the SF Food Bank service project with the Jr. High and High School kids. Wasn't too bad and there were a couple of changes in the sign-up. Changes like electronic sign-up! No more papers! Hahaha! But that doesn't really matter. What matters is the work we did! Two groups was made and the one i went with did some work with ears of corn. Pretty fun and managed to pack away 4,500 lbs of corn. Amazing!

I drove home after dropping kids off and found the house empty, but it wasn't for long before the relatives arrived...eating ice cream! Apparently, they arrived not too long ago and were out playing at the nearby park. We hung out and for the younger ones, we played the Xbox for a while before it was dinner time at Empero Taste! Good stuff, good dinner, good times with family. Got a portrait of myself done by my two little cousins, which was awesome!
