Day off and i slept in a little. Just a little, because i was determined to make Hot Link Skillet and i don't want to make it at a late morning. So at around 9:30am, i got out of bed and brushed my teeth. Then the door buzzer rang. Eh? Package? This early? i had them waiting until i'm done brushing my teeth. i answered the buzz and i heard a familiar voice. Sarah? She came up and i inquired from her why she's here this early. Apparently, she's going to the zoo with Kristy. Interesting...
Okay, so i went ahead to do the prep work on the potatoes, cutting the hot links and getting the eggs ready. The final product wasn't too bad, though Amos saved a piece of it by suggesting cheese on the dish. Well, originally, there's cheese on the skillet. One thing that i could do more of is cooking the potatoes in a little more. Other than that, i claim this as a successful cooking project.
i went to work to meet up with a co-worker that "retired" last Friday. Work got a cake for him and everyone was there to get a piece and to wish him the best to his future plans. In some way, i will miss this guy because i really don't have any guy to talk to. This clinic is practically a clinic of Valkyries.
i came home and made good use of the lighting and started to take pictures for the slide show. It's almost like a workout when i find myself moving into certain awkward positions to take certain angles. Actually felt a bead of sweat too! After that, i did my actual workout and that made me sweat. Showered and relaxed for a short while.
Got a call from Annie before eating dinner and i have some wedding things to do that needs attention now. Finished up all the burger meat for dinner, which was good with the Hawaiian Sweet rolls! Did all the wedding things that i needed to do. That included the passage for scripture reading.
Now, i'm pretty tired... i hope it's from the workout...
