This room is slowly turning into the married couple's room! i just assembled Annie's new dresser and managed to put it in a closet spot. i like Ikea stuff because i can put it together with my two hands! Always loved to do things with my hands! Has some sort of satisfaction to it. Anyway, i almost ran into a little hiccup with the final spot for it, but i got it to where it needs to be. Praise God for wisdom and patience!
i did the next level of Jillian Michaels and it is tough! It's fun because of the complexity of the exercises, but now i'm sore to the core. Even now, my forearms are strangely sore. I'm going to try to push it hard and hopefully maintain that discipline.
Had worship practice for this Friday's Praise night. Playing bass for the first half and guitar for the second half. Fingers hurt from the guitar and shoulders are sore from the heavy bass guitar. Shouldn't be complaining about that since this is God's work. Annie's Discussion Leader from BSF brought up a good point of wisdom that i remember well. She asked God for only one thing and that is to be ready to be uncomfortable when stepping out of that favorite personal space. Not the same ideology, really, but my comfort zone is the place that prevents me from serving God to the fullest. Preparing my heart for that uncomfortable and uneasy feeling is what i need to conquer to glorify His name!
