I had another hard morning waking up. It was cold and I was nice and toasty under my sheets. Either way, I have to wake up for work. No point calling in sick since I'm not sick and I don't plan on lying just to stay warm in bed. That's reserved for my 5 day weekend next week. HA!
I drove to work and managed to get there a little earlier to get some coffee for the morning. Made and ate a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast, so the coffee made it easy to wash down the sticky peanut butter.
Relatively easy day...Nothing much to say about that.
After work, I went over to Annie's to pick up a pot of soup that her mom made for me. Ended up with a feast to bring home for dinner and lunch tomorrow. I always feel bad that they give so much and I always want to give back more. Annie's mom asked me about Thanksgiving week's schedule for the Public Health Centers and wondered if she should pick up her medications next Friday, but I told her that the clinics will be closed. She decided to do the pick on Wednesday.
Went home and found Amos watching 'Superhero Movie'. It's a parody flick on superhero movies (Duh!) and I caught the last moments of it. It's a dumb movie... Anyway, he headed out to Vincent's for hot pot, but I stayed at home. I planned to do some cleaning up after dinner, which was good by the way.
My primary focus for the clean-up was the bathroom because I couldn't take it anymore. Practically disinfected the whole bathroom and cleaned what I could. What's left to detail is the bathtub. It really needs a good scrub. 'Sigh'...Cleaning can be fun, but it's nasty...
