Quite an interesting day. Got a call from a friend that needed my help with his car that broke down. Thankfully, everything worked out with plenty of time left to changed, pick up Annie and attend church service. Service today was good, but it felt slow for some reason. Didn't play for English, just for Mandarin, which went by fast.
After service, Annie and i had lunch with her parents and it was cool for watch some of the World Cup finals. It was probably one of the most exciting games having to tied all the way until Spain scored one during the second overtime. It was amazing when the whole restaurant cheered loudly! Love those moments where everyone celebrates for one goal.
We went to Serramonte Target for a short to get toothpaste that i forgot to buy yesterday. Walked around for a while to burn a little bit of the lunch. Checked out puppies, shopping for Annie's dressing, and price-checked some ukuleles.
Homeward bound and we found Amos and Kristy home from their retreat. For the next couple of hours, Annie and i did some cleaning. Actually, it seems like a lot of cleaning. Some oven, vaccuuming, tidying up, garbage... Good simple clean-up.
Dinner was simple too, but just with Amos and Vincent. We were about to go to Tani's. Sadly, they weren't open. So it was to Tokyo Teriyaki. Nearby restaurant, so it's not too bad. Surprisingly good food.
Not too bad of a day.
